About me

I moved from Bexhill to a 15th century house in Old Town Hastings in 2012 with my husband and two schnauzers. We have thrown ourselves with enthusiasm into the community and very distinctive way of life here, and I joined HWG in the middle of 2013.

My writing

I am close to finishing my first novel, Roadkill – a black comedy about a dysfunctional couple who find themselves blamed for a murder they didn’t commit, but probably wish they had. It features incest, double-crossing twin brothers, a dodgy photographer, a dismantled Alfa Romeo and a lot of unusual goings-on near Tunbridge Wells. Ideas for two other novels are starting to come together.
